Suggested lawn care applications for Colorado lawns:

March – May Spring Aeration
March – April Pre-Emergent Bed Weed Control

Application to control annual grasses and weeds in mulch beds.

March – April Spring Pre-Emergent Lawn Application

A slow release fertilizer applied with pre-emergent crabgrass control.

late April – May Necrotic Ring Spot Application (2)

Two applications of fungicide applied 1-2 weeks apart to help control this patch disease. Lawns not
treated in the spring may be treated in the fall once soil temperatures have cooled.

late April – June Late Spring Lawn Application

A slow release fertilizer applied with a broadleaf weed control.

May – September Broadleaf Weed Control

A treatment of broadleaf weed control applied to native turf areas.

July – August Revive

Organic soil conditioning treatment to maximize watering and to help turf recover from summer stresses.

July – August Summer Lawn Application

A slow release fertilizer and broadleaf weed control as needed.

April – September, as needed Vegetation Control

A non-selective herbicide to control unwanted grasses and weeds in mulch and rock beds, cracks and crevices,
crushed stone pathways or right of way areas.

September – November Fall Lawn Application

A slow release fertilizer with higher levels of Potassium and Sulphur to winterize the lawn and broadleaf
weed control if needed.

September – November Fall Aeration
